  Two fully equipped purpose built workshops to accommodate all brands of system equipment and components. Includes a 250kw electric test rig, machine shop and welding facility

• Wash Plant Maintenance

  Coal Handling Preparation Plant maintenance and services for fluid power systems on-board coal handling machinery such as: Thickener Drives, Stackers, Reclaimers, Reject bins, Cable Reelers and Train Loaders.

  In addition, pneumatic service/repair works for CHPP process valves and associated control systems.

• Installation and Site Services

  We conduct system audits and service programmes, provide supply and install contracts or labour, and equipment supply. Major plant upgrade works are all within the scope of Fluidtech International.

• Fluid Power and Lubrication Engineering

  Our lubrication engineering services encompass centralised grease system design, builds, installation and commission and service. We service mobile plant and fixed machinery, plus small package units.

  We service circulations oil systems, spray systems, lubricant selection testing and application.

• Technical Fluid Power Consulting Services

  Fluidtech International provides qualified engineering staff to conduct plant or machine audits, detail reports, failure analysis, design reviews, manuals, training and maintenance programs on fluid power systems and equipment.

  This is complimented with design and drafting personnel to provide a complete package.

  Fluidtech International embraces alliance partnerships providing dedicated technical personnel with site service technicians and workshop support facilities. This facility encompasses all aspects of the clients fluid power needs from design through to repairs, servicing and upgrades allowing the client to focus on core business demands

  Fluidtech International promotes and supports system, machine and plant reliability Quality systems for proven inventory management, component repair and improvement history plus dedicated programmed maintenance of hydraulic and lubrication systems.
